Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes (medium-sized), peeled
  • Half a tablespoon of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of pepper
  • One teaspoon of milk
  • Two tablespoons of butter
  • Four tablespoons of Sour cream (optional)

This whole cooking may take about 40 minutes. This includes 20 minutes for preparation and 20 minutes for cooking.

Preparation

1. Boil the Potatoes: Place the potatoes with half a spoon of salt in a suitable pot filled with water, and let it boil well until the potatoes are cooked.

4. Add Milk: Add the milk to the potato mash and continue mashing and stirring until you get the desired thick mixture.

5. Taste and season: Add a little pepper and salt.
