How to Send Voice Messages on WhatsApp (5 Easy Steps)

After the recent update, WhatsApp lets you preview voice messages before sending them. To do that:

1) When you are tapping on the microphone to record a message, a lock icon with an up arrow will appear at the top of the microphone. You’ll need to slide your finger up to see the detailed recording panel.
2) On the Voice Recording panel, tap the Pause button to pause the recording.
3) Tap the play button to listen to the recorded sound. You can continue your recording by tapping the microphone button or delete the recording by hitting the Trash icon.
